Whether you are trying to modify habits to adapt to a specific medical diagnosis, or striving to reach a vision of a happier and healthier you, coaching can help you realize your goals.

During sessions, I will help you clarify your goals, identify barriers you may face, and develop strategies that help you achieve your desired changes. As a result, your individualized plan will move you towards your ideal vision of health and wellbeing.

Our work together is a collaboration. I am here to help you evolve and transform in ways that have eluded you up until now. I will tap into the strengths you have developed in life up to this point and help you clarify your vision for your healthiest and happiest life. But I can only do that if you are ready to commit to small daily or weekly actions to help bring about change. Clients should be ready to commit to taking on some amount of “homework” to achieve results. I will work with your schedule and lifestyle to help you find (or make) the time to do the work!

During the call, you’ll learn more about the coaching process and how it will help you reach your health and wellness goals.

3-Month Individual Coaching
Over seven sessions, we’ll work together to define a health and wellness goal and implement action steps to get you to your vision of optimal health.
This plan starts with a 60-90 minute session to develop a vision and goal and is followed by five 45 minute sessions to create and modify action steps, and a closing session to develop a plan of continued action and accountability.

Partner & Group Coaching
Do you have a friend or family member working towards a similar health goal such as drinking less, moving more, or using mindfulness to alleviate stress?
Group coaching may be a lower-cost way to work toward your goal with the added benefit of additional accountability and support from a partner.

Setting boundaries and being able to compartmentalize were great struggles for me. Returning back to work as a new mom, I wanted to be able to leave work at work, and focus on my baby and personal life when not at work. Simultaneously, I wanted to be as productive as possible at work so I could feel more free to leave work behind at the end of the day. I felt stressed, worried, and burnt out.
After we completed our sessions, I focused on goal setting around mindfulness. I worked on developing my mindfulness routine and learning about different resources.
Now I I practice meditation at key times of the day to help my focus, and to lay a foundation to try to stay as present in the moment as possible.
